The breakfast session will be hosted at Hennessy Park Hotel on 04 December 2023 from 08.30 am to 11am (MU time).

The main focus is for employers to contribute to a private pension scheme as compared to the retirement gratuity funds in order to benefit from:

Protection – All contributions are vested into the members;
Security – Members are eligible to a regular flow of income at retirement;
Transparency – An annual benefit statement is issue to each member illustrating their accumulated fund values at the close of each financial year end;
Portability – In the event of withdrawal, pension benefits are portable;
Growth – Contributions are invested according to the risk appetite of the member. Returns are credited to each member’s capital account.
